Our Owner
Meet Rick Bourgaize
Rick has spent decades working in the scaffolding industry, not behind a desk, but on the tools. He's erected and dismantled scaffolding across a huge range of projects, and has project managed some of the largest and most complex scaffolding contracts carried out in Guernsey throughout his career.
That hands-on background is what sets Impact apart. When Rick takes on your project, he's drawing on real, earned experience, not just theory. He understands the challenges that arise on site, and he knows how to solve them.

Based right here in Guernsey, our team brings together experienced scaffolders and project managers united by a shared commitment to doing things properly. Every member is CISRS Offshore certified, and holds all qualifications required to carry out scaffolding work safely.
